The Château de Sannat stands surrounded by beautiful , lovingly tended gardens. In 2003 Jacques and Claude de Sainte Croix had the honour of being awarded , by the Ministry of Culture, Le Prix du Jardinier for the restoration of the Park. This project ,started over 10 years ago, has been concentrated around 18th and 19th centuries styles which  have added  interest and  great variety within the Park.
